Make a Reservation

To ensure a place on the desired date, reserve here . You can always contact us directly for more information or to make a reservation.

Booking conditions

After receiving your reservation request we will send you a confirmation with payment details. You can pay either by bank transfer or credit card through PayPal. Your reservation is final when 50% of the rental fee has been received by us. The remainder is due 45 days before your arrival. When the reservation is made within 45 days of arrival, we request you to pay the full rental fee.

Returnable deposit

We request a returnable deposit of € 250, payable upon arrival (cash, PayPal or credit card). We trust that you treat your apartment and shared facilities carefully. Should an accident occur, we request you to notify us. Any damage is to be compensated. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure.

Change and cancellation of your reservation

Up to 45 days before your stay you may change your reservation.
Cancellation of your final booking is possible by telephone, Skype and email (info@torre-nova.com).
The following cancellation fee will be charged (even if the total rent is not yet paid):

• 14 days after your reservation up to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the total rental fee
• 45 days up to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental fee
• 28 days up to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total rental fee
• 7 days up to the arrival date: 100% of the total rental fee

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the prepaid rent. If the reserved apartment is rented out for the same period, we will reimburse you the cancellation fee minus € 100.
